Hi I’m Kiernan, I am the creator of Integrated Stretch Therapy. I am passionate about helping others move their body so that they can experience more in their life. If we can’t move, we are limited in what we can do.
I started my journey with myself learning how to be healthy and feel good in my own body as a young adult. That led me to yoga and from there that led me to multiple training’s in yoga as well as a yoga therapy certification. Yoga therapy is where I learned how to do assisted stretching on others. I fell in love with stretching from the beginning. I taught yoga and stretched people 1:1 and in classes for five years. In this time assisted stretching had become a new popular modality. It was a little different then the yoga way I was taught, but in a complimentary way. I have worked for 2 corporations, learned their certifications, and worked with hundreds of clients. Additionally, I learned trigger point therapy, mobility, and functional movement by being immersed into the fitness/gym community. In 2024 I was craving mixing all that I’ve learned into a therapeutic modality. Doing it my own way. Hello Dialed in Fitness.
What can stretch therapy do for you? I specialize in helping people with joint/back pain, mobility, and recovery support. I do the work for you, so you don’t have to guess on how. However, I do help you with integrating stretches into your lifestyle as well so that you can maintain the work we do. Over time, I have seen so many amazing results with clients. From walking better, to tying shoes again, injury recovery, increasing performance, ultimately being able to move more freely so that they can do the things they want to do again.
Stretch therapy is meant to be a consistent modality, just like working with a personal trainer. I love that stretch therapy is eclectic and includes so many different pieces from other modalities. It’s an integrated approach, we don’t just work with the physical body, but the spirit and the mind as well. I also teach how to relax, breathe, and it’s a safe place to express emotions if you choose.
