Fitness has always been a part of my life. By the age of 13 I set multiple State, National, and World records in bench and deadlift. My passion for fitness stems from helping people become the best they can by not only looking their best but also feeling their best. I love being active and trying new things which requires me to understand the function of the body, so I am safe and perform my best. My programming will do the same for you. I design your workouts according to your goal(s) and any muscle imbalances that you may have. This will help you reach your highest potential in all you do and continue to be healthy and strong regardless of your age.
I started personal training sessions with Tre 6 months ago to recover from an ankle injury. He is patient, kind and knows exactly how far to push me. At 52 years old I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. And my ankle injury is 90% better without surgery. I highly recommend Tre and plan to continue my personal training as an investment in my health.
